Stay Notified Through Everbridge
JCC Alert is now part of the Everbridge network which enables James City County officials to quickly deliver emergency alerts and notifications. JCC Alert allows individuals and businesses to provide their own contact information allowing everyone to control how they receive emergency notifications. JCC Alert requires street addresses in order to issue geographically targeted emergency messages so even if you have an unlisted number or use a cell phone or VoIP phone as your primary number, please provide an associated street address.
You can sign-up and create an account with a user name and password which will allow you to monitor and make changes to your information as needed.
What is JCC Alert used for?
This system will be used to notify you about imminent threats to health and safety as well as informational notifications that affect your locations or work environments. Administrators will send notifications regarding severe weather, flooding, water outages, and more.
JCC Alert emergency calls will show as 757-564-2165 on your caller ID and firstname.lastname@example.org in your inbox. Please add this number and email address to your contacts as JCC Alert so you'll recognize us when we call or email.
Data collected will only be used for emergency notification purposes.
